What you will do

Audit the current codebase and highlight areas for improvement
Lead the backend rebuild and advise on front-end and mobile architecture
Work with a tech stack including Java, Objective-C, Ruby, TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and possibly Expo
Set up systems for error monitoring, logging, and notifications
Support deployment and post-launch performance, which may include after-hours support
Collaborate on system design, integrations, and best practices across the stack

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with strong backend skills
Background in refactoring or rebuilding systems for scalability and performance
Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile application ecosystems
Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and modern architectural approaches
