Your Responsibilities
Become an integral member of a project squad, working on a diverse range of project sizes.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure efficient backlog planning and occasionally participate in technical discussions with clients.
Develop clean, composable, and maintainable code to create high-quality products for our clients.
Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability of the products we build.
Conduct code reviews with your squad members to uphold code quality.
Continuously learn new programming languages and technologies such as Ruby or JavaScript to keep pace with our clients' evolving needs.
Share knowledge through team rituals and collaborative efforts.
Work with other team members to define internal processes and initiatives that contribute to the company's mission.
