Join our dynamic team at pavago, a rapidly expanding marketing agency dedicated to enhancing the performance of over 150 home service businesses. We are at the forefront of integrating AI and automation to revolutionize lead generation, optimize tracking accuracy, and boost operational efficiency.
We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in marketing and ad technology to design and enhance internal systems that drive campaign performance and support revenue operations. This role is focused on building and innovating rather than just strategizing.
Your contributions will include developing internal tools, implementing AI into marketing processes, and streamlining agency workflows across advertising platforms, tracking systems, and CRM operations.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, media buyers, and operational teams to transform innovative concepts into production-ready systems that significantly enhance campaign performance and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Tool Development (Primary Focus)
- Develop and launch internal tools utilizing Next.js, React, and Python.
- Create marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools.
- Automate manual workflows with scalable solutions.
2. Marketing Data, Tracking & Attribution (Core Focus)
- Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Ensure accurate event tracking, deduplication, and attribution.
- Construct pipelines connecting ad platforms to backend systems and dashboards.
- Develop reporting systems that facilitate campaign optimization (ROAS, CPL, conversion quality).
3. AI Integration in Marketing Workflows
- Apply AI to real-world marketing scenarios, including:
- Ad copy and creative generation.
- Lead scoring and qualification.
- Automating campaign insights and reporting.
- Utilize APIs such as OpenAI and similar platforms.
- Develop AI systems that are embedded within live marketing and operational workflows.
4. CRM & Lead Lifecycle Automation (Critical)
- Integrate and automate CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Create systems that connect lead capture to CRM, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Implement automation for lead routing, pipeline management, and conversion syncing (offline events/CAPI).
- Ensure data consistency and integrity throughout.
