Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding marketing agency that partners with over 150 home service businesses. Our focus is on performance-driven campaigns, and we are heavily investing in AI and automation to enhance lead generation, tracking precision, and operational effectiveness.
We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in marketing and ad tech environments to develop and scale internal systems that bolster campaign performance and revenue operations.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, rather than just strategizing.
You will create internal tools, integrate AI into marketing processes, and optimize agency operations across advertising platforms, tracking systems, and CRM-driven pipelines.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with leadership, media buyers, and operations staff to transform innovative ideas into production-ready systems that significantly enhance campaign performance and lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Tool Development (Primary Focus)
- Design and launch internal tools utilizing Next.js, React, and Python
- Create marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools
- Transition manual workflows to scalable, automated solutions
2. Marketing Data, Tracking & Attribution (Core Focus)
- Implement and optimize Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)
- Ensure precise event tracking, deduplication, and attribution
- Construct pipelines linking ad platforms to backend systems and dashboards
- Develop reporting systems to facilitate campaign optimization (ROAS, CPL, conversion quality)
3. AI Integration in Marketing Workflows
- Leverage AI for practical marketing applications such as:
- Ad copy and creative production
- Lead scoring and qualification
- Campaign insights and reporting automation
- Collaborate with APIs including OpenAI and other AI platforms
- Develop AI systems embedded within live marketing and operational workflows
4. CRM & Lead Lifecycle Automation (Critical)
- Integrate and automate CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Close CRM, HubSpot, or similar
- Create systems connecting lead capture to CRM, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
- Implement automations for lead routing, pipeline management, and conversion syncing (offline events/CAPI)
- Ensure data consistency and integrity
