Qualifications
Key Responsibilities• Take full ownership of features from conception to deployment: draft specifications, engage in planning with Claude, build, conduct quality assurance, document releases, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams on updates.• Work alongside Product and Engineering leadership to align on solutions, then execute independently once the direction is established.• Develop clean, maintainable full-stack code for our Django backend and React frontend.• Incorporate AI tools as a fundamental aspect of your workflow for planning, building, and delivering solutions.• Rapidly iterate on solutions through proposing, testing, and refining ideas.• Write tests and address technical debt to enhance codebase quality.• Design and implement scalable solutions for millions of users.• Review requirements and user stories, providing timely and constructive feedback.• Participate in on-call rotations. Requirements• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a deep understanding of Django, Django Rest Framework (DRF), and React.• Proven ability to deliver complete features independently, including writing your own specifications.• An AI-native work style with practical experience using AI tools like Claude or Cursor for planning, coding, and documentation.• Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for navigating unclear requirements to propose innovative solutions.• Excellent written communication skills for crafting specifications, release notes, and product documentation.• 3+ years of experience with AWS.• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases in production environments.• Experience in building, supporting, and planning production systems.• Familiarity with asynchronous task management.

As a key player in our team, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure alignment on strategic direction while taking full ownership of the execution process. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations, iterates swiftly on solutions, and is accountable for the impact of their work on Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments.
