Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Member Benefits and Rewards team, which is integral to delivering member-centric benefits like credit card cash back and the 1% investment match.
Additionally, you will play a key role in SoFi’s latest subscription service, SoFi Plus, a strategic initiative for our firm. Our team oversees member-facing functionalities on SoFi's app and website, as well as the backend streaming services that support the user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain full-stack experience and demonstrate your skills in a high-priority company initiative.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide and motivate engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and by nurturing a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Tackle complex challenges across infrastructure, data pipelines, and backend services to ensure robust, reliable, and future-ready systems.
- Drive innovation by recognizing opportunities for new technologies, AI/ML marketing strategies, and process enhancements to elevate our marketing capabilities.
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends by investigating advancements in AI/ML, personalization, and automation to refine SoFi’s marketing approaches.
