About the Community Team
We are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge products and features designed to help Substack creators foster and manage their communities. Our initiatives include everything from direct messaging (DMs) and Substack Chat to entirely new offerings.
Our team collaborates closely with our CEO, Chris Best, and every engineer is encouraged to contribute innovative ideas for new products and enhancements to existing features. These concepts evolve into internal prototypes, ultimately transforming into products that serve millions of users.
