Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate within a cross-functional team to develop and deliver features from end to end. Build and maintain user-facing features utilizing the React library. Design and implement robust services using Java (Spring Boot) or Golang. Work with team members to devise efficient, production-ready solutions to complex challenges. Utilize corporate AI tools to enhance productivity. Implement strategic tools like Rule Engine, Feature Flags, CMS, and Camunda for maintainable systems. Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of all microservices. Write high-quality, well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing, code reviews, and timely deployments. Continuously optimize performance and scalability of microservices. Maintain code integrity and security by managing dependencies. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Participate in code reviews and foster a positive team culture. Deliver software solutions on schedule that meet stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focusing on Java or Golang. Demonstrated proficiency as a React Developer or in a similar role, with strong skills in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching. Understanding of programming design patterns like SOLID, DRY, KISS, or Domain-Driven Design. In-depth knowledge of Java language features and threading models up to the latest LTS version. Strong grasp of microservice architecture, GraphQL, and RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with software architectures such as Event-Driven, Microservices, CQRS, Reactive, Saga, or Hexagonal patterns is advantageous. Strong foundational understanding of Java Threads or Go Routines. Solid understanding of Spring’s Inversion of Control and Dependency Injection concepts, or Golang interfaces for loose coupling. Experience with Reactive stacks, such as Spring WebFlux, is a significant plus.
