As we expand into the U. S. market, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic technology team. This essential role involves driving integrations with platforms like Shopify and Magento, developing payment connectors, and ensuring the delivery of robust web applications. You will work closely with designers, software engineers, and stakeholders to create end-to-end solutions that set new standards in payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Guide a full stack development team in delivering impactful solutions through Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Application Development:
Design and develop state-of-the-art web and mobile applications, focusing on performance and user engagement.
Feature Implementation:
Lead the design and integration of new features and enhancements across applications.
Integration Management:
Manage the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring seamless operation across platforms.
Maintenance and Optimization:
Enhance existing applications through troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Project Planning and Execution:
Collaborate on project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery while maintaining code quality.
Research and Innovation:
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
