Position Overview:As a Drafter, you will significantly contribute to the design process by converting preliminary sketches into high-quality Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings that adhere to both company and client specifications. Key Responsibilities:Produce technical drawings ranging from basic designs to complex schematics based on hand-drawn sketches from our designers.Enhance and format CAD drawings for client presentations, ensuring alignment with company standards.Revise schematic drawings based on feedback and markup notes.Complete thorough design documentation following the design development phase, including dimensions, door and window specifications, electrical plans, etc.Update floor plans and layouts according to redline markups.Maintain accuracy and consistency in all drawing revisions.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as a Drafter or in a comparable architectural or technical drawing position.Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with PDF markup tools.Ability to accurately interpret hand-drawn sketches and convert them into detailed CAD files.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong communication skills and effective time management abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
