Role Overview: Full-Time Caregiver (PM Shift)

Caregivers at Silverado support residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory challenges. This role centers on providing hands-on help and building genuine relationships with residents and their families. Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to dignity are central to success here.

What You Will Do

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
  • Build meaningful connections with residents, their families, and team members
  • Support individuals with memory impairments in a respectful and safe environment
  • Keep accurate care records and promptly communicate changes to the nursing team
