Bahmann Coaching is hiring a Full-Time Nutrition and Fitness Coach (m/f/d) to join the Coaching & Customer Support team in Hannover, Niedersachsen. This role supports a community of over 1,000 clients enrolled in online nutrition and fitness programs. The coach works directly with clients, monitors their progress, and helps them reach their goals through encouragement and expertise.

Main Responsibilities

Provide daily support to clients via phone and WhatsApp
Motivate clients to challenge themselves and set bigger goals
Share nutrition and fitness knowledge
Track client progress and implementation of plans
Document call information in the CRM system
Refer unresolved questions to colleagues for follow-up
Prepare, support, and conduct live calls as needed
