Qualifications

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old (21 in New Jersey). Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance for providing in-home services. Must pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record. For BT Candidates: Ability to complete our paid 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire. For RBT Candidates: Ability to complete the required paid training program.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, your role will involve:

  • Providing support to individuals with autism in various settings including homes, communities, and our centers.
  • Teaching essential daily living and social skills through evidence-based practices.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to track client progress.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to implement training and therapeutic interventions designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Engaging with families and team members to address client needs.
  • Performing administrative duties as required.
