Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution & Sales SupportIndependently open and close the Studio, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Assist in daily visual merchandising, supply replenishment, and Studio maintenance. Review daily business metrics and implement strategies to drive performance. Serve as a floor leader during assigned shifts, structuring the team to meet sales and service objectives. Maintain compliance with safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and Studio cleanliness. Customer ExperienceProvide outstanding service and educate customers about the Studs experience. Support service recovery and escalate customer concerns as necessary. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and consistent customer journey that aligns with our service expectations.
