As a Functional Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer processes and translate them into effective solutions using our JustOne software. Your role will involve conducting in-depth functional analyses for the development of large applications, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure that solutions align perfectly with the specific business processes of our clients. You will act as the vital link between business needs and technical implementation.
What does your day look like?
As a Functional Analyst, you will perform the following tasks:
Gather business requirements from clients and translate these into detailed functional designs for custom solutions.
Organize workshops to understand client needs and ensure thorough documentation of requirements.
Write user stories and develop detailed functional specifications for software development.
Work closely with a team of developers and software architects to design technical solutions that meet functional requirements.
Validate functional designs through testing and quality control.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications.
Support the implementation team during project execution and contribute to the successful delivery of solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring effective post-implementation support.
