Are you passionate about helping organizations digitize and automate their invoice processing using a modern P2P solution?
At 4CEE, you will work with 4CEE Invoice: a modular, cloud-based P2P solution designed to automate the entire invoice processing workflow. In this role, you will merge your process knowledge, functional configuration skills, and customer advisory capabilities, alongside a solid technical affinity to understand and support ERP integrations.
Your Responsibilities
As a Functional Consultant E-invoicing, you will be fully accountable for implementing 4CEE Invoice at client sites. You will guide organizations from initial intake through to go-live and handover to support. Your role will predominantly be independent while also serving as a consultant, project leader, and trusted advisor to clients.
Your tasks will include:
Analyzing and optimizing invoice processing and P2P processes
Functionally configuring the 4CEE Invoice SaaS solution
Advising clients on standard solutions, best practices, and process design
Implementing and overseeing ERP integrations (such as data flows between ERP and 4CEE Invoice)
Coordinating with internal development teams regarding integrations and ongoing improvements
Providing training and support to key users and application administrators
Contributing ideas for new functionalities and configuration options within the P2P solution
The primary focus will be on standardization and process optimization, rather than customization. You will think creatively about workarounds and process improvements within existing software capabilities.
