Role Overview: Fund Accounting Supervisor
The Fund Accounting Supervisor leads daily operations within the fund administration team. This role manages accounting, reporting, and compliance tasks for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Real Estate funds. The supervisor works closely with internal teams, fund administrators, auditors, and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely investor communications.
What You Will Do
- Oversee day-to-day fund accounting activities
- Handle complex accounting and reporting for PE, VC, and Real Estate funds
- Coordinate with internal staff, administrators, auditors, and clients
- Ensure financial reports and investor deliverables are accurate and on schedule
- Maintain quality controls and support compliance requirements
- Balance hands-on execution with team oversight and accountability
Who We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in fund accounting for Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Real Estate funds
- Knowledge of capital accounts, investor reporting, and audit processes
- Ready to move from a fund accountant role into a broader leadership position
- Prepared to manage both execution and team outcomes
- Interested in growing toward a Fund Accounting Manager role
