You will assist clients throughout the application and onboarding journey, ensuring they submit accurate documentation and prepare files for review and approval.This role emphasizes pre-approval support — ensuring agents comprehend the requirements, aiding them in completing the application, and confirming that all information is precise and ready for evaluation.
