Job Summary:

As the Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant, you will be pivotal in developing and executing a high-impact fundraising strategy to support HiveStrong’s mission and growth. Your focus will be on identifying, nurturing, and securing corporate partnerships and individual donors, while enhancing HiveStrong’s visibility and influence. You will collaborate on internal and client-side initiatives, leveraging our CRM, Board, and existing fundraising structure to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Prospecting: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate sponsors, philanthropic partners, and individual donors across the United States.
  • Consultative Fundraising: Adopt a relationship-first, mission-driven approach to understand partner needs and align them with HiveStrong’s objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Foster long-term relationships, manage communication with sponsors/donors, and provide timely reporting and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement fundraising strategies that promote revenue growth and elevate the visibility of HiveStrong's impact.
  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize our CRM system to track progress, analyze data, and report on fundraising efforts.
