Gardener

Location: Crete

Purpose:

As a Gardener at the hotel, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the gardens and outdoor areas in collaboration with the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance and care procedures for the gardens using the required equipment.
Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel’s outdoor spaces.
Conduct daily inspections of all outdoor areas.
Maintain and check the tools necessary for your work.
Exhibit flexibility in your work schedule according to the hotel's needs.
Assist in managing inventory and orders in your area of responsibility.
Promptly inform your supervisor of any issues or material shortages at your post.
Collaborate with the Maintenance and Reception departments to document and resolve any identified damage or wear and tear.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Knowledge of English will be considered an additional asset.
