Essential Functions:- Repair and maintenance of restroom and breakroom plumbing fixtures.- Clearing drains using a plunger and hand-held auger.- General labor, including carrying, stacking, and organizing materials on-site.- Removal of debris and trash not covered by janitorial services.- Repair and cleaning of HVAC components.- Minor furniture repairs and maintenance of door hardware.- Cleaning and painting of non-operating mechanical equipment.- General cleaning of mechanical spaces and exterior entry areas.- Miscellaneous handyman tasks requiring basic hand tool usage.
