In de rol van Lead Developer bij Nsecure ben je essentieel voor het aansturen van ons technische team en het creëren van innovatieve functionaliteiten, evenals het verbeteren van ons platform YIM. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de architectuur en technische koers van onze softwareproducten. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch en ondersteunend team met ervaren back-end en front-end ontwikkelaars, applicatiebeheerders en testers. Gedurende de dagelijkse iteraties bepaal je welke taken je die dag gaat aanpakken. Tevens fungeer je als mentor voor je teamleden, waarbij je hen helpt zich te ontwikkelen en te excelleren in hun werk.Wat ga je doen?Leidinggeven aan een team van softwareontwikkelaars en hen ondersteunen in hun professionele groei;Ontwerpen en implementeren van schaalbare en betrouwbare softwareoplossingen;Samenwerken met productmanagers en andere belanghebbenden om technische vereisten te verzamelen en om te zetten in praktische oplossingen;Beoordelen en verbeteren van bestaande codebases en architecturen;Waarborgen van de codekwaliteit via code reviews, testen en best practices;Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste technologische trends en deze binnen het team toepassen.Wat is YIM?YIM is ons innovatieve platform voor toegangs- en identiteitsbeheer, ontwikkeld om organisaties te helpen hun veiligheids- en toegangsprocessen te optimaliseren, ongeacht hun grootte of complexiteit.
