General Manager – ABA Centers of New Jersey
New Jersey and Delaware Markets

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to oversee operations across multiple ABA Centers in New Jersey and Delaware. The GM will be the senior operational leader, responsible for driving performance across various service areas within a defined territory. This role is pivotal in managing people, service delivery, quality, growth, financial outcomes, and overall family experience.
The ideal candidate will possess full P&L accountability and demonstrate hands-on leadership of market teams while collaborating closely with clinical leaders to guarantee consistent, high-quality care. The GM will lead multiple Executive Directors and serve as the primary operator for all assigned markets, effectively translating divisional strategies into disciplined, high-quality execution at the market level.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations & P&L Ownership
- Manage and operate the complete divisional P&L across multiple ABA markets, ensuring optimal revenue performance, expense management, productivity, and profitability.
- Guarantee uniform execution of operational standards across all markets, aligning with the organizational mission, vision, and values.
- Formulate and execute market-level business plans that align with enterprise strategies, including growth targets and financial objectives.
- Drive performance across various markets to meet census, utilization, retention, productivity, and operational maturity expectations.
- Monitor divisional and market-level KPIs, including recruitment, retention, authorization velocity, access to care, and cost controls.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery, scalability, and financial outcomes.
Leadership of Executive Directors
- Lead, coach, and hold Executive Directors accountable for operational, personnel, and market results.
- Set clear expectations and scorecard ownership for each Executive Director, tracking and communicating KPIs to foster accountability.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and leadership development planning.
- Ensure effective management of performance and accountability processes within their markets.
Growth & Strategic Execution
- Implement market-level growth strategies across the division, including new market launches and service expansion initiatives.
