Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including but not limited to sales strategies, recruitment, training, ensuring exceptional food quality and service, and maintaining an active presence on the floor.
Commercial Responsibilities:
- Oversee business performance at the location to meet company forecasts and yearly targets.
- Analyze sales performance to drive profitability while consistently elevating standards.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including promotional events and discount schemes.
People Management:
- Provide clear direction and briefings to the team.
- Deliver constructive feedback on performance through structured reviews.
- Recruit top talent to build an exceptional team.
Client Service:
- Establish and nurture a professional relationship with John Lewis.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement with clients.
- Regularly assess customer feedback and develop action plans based on insights.
Health & Safety, Food Safety, and ESG:
- Achieve a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau assessments and 5-star ratings on EHO visits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety, food safety, and environmental legislation.
