Position Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a General Manager who embodies a people-centric approach and is driven to exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of ownership over their responsibilities. As the primary strategic leader of the property, the General Manager will leverage business intelligence and a proven track record in customer service to foster a culture of service excellence, maximizing both revenue and operational efficiencies. This role includes full accountability for the property’s P&L, financial outcomes, sales, and revenue generation, ensuring a favorable return on investment for ownership while consistently exceeding the expectations of guests and associates.
The responsibilities encompass the development and execution of property-wide strategies, the expansion and management of our innovative home share program, and the implementation of cost-control and revenue enhancement initiatives. You will also be responsible for crafting annual operating budgets and sales and marketing plans. Building robust relationships, fostering trust, and promoting effective communication and empowerment will be crucial for success in this role.
