Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management:
- Oversee the business performance at the location, ensuring alignment with company forecasts and annual targets.
- Analyze and enhance profitable sales while continually raising quality standards.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional events and discount programs.
Team Leadership:
- Provide clear guidance and briefings to your team.
- Deliver constructive feedback through structured performance reviews.
- Recruit top talent for the location.
Client Relations:
- Cultivate and sustain a strong professional relationship with John Lewis.
- Ensure seamless communication and engagement with John Lewis.
- Regularly assess customer feedback and implement action plans based on findings.
Health & Safety, Food Safety, and ESG Compliance:
- Achieve a minimum score of 90% on European Safety Bureau evaluations and maintain 5-star ratings during Environmental Health Officer visits.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation and company policies.
