Practice Overview: • Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.• No on-call or weekend responsibilities.• Physicians deliver contemporary wound management at the bedside in settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time requires 4-5 days.• This is a mobile practice: Physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients.• Clinical documentation is performed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.• Onboarding includes paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship. • W2 employment contract.
