As a Generative AI Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models, tackling complex challenges, and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance generative AI models and tools such as GPT, LLama, Langchain, and Langfuse.
- Integrate existing third-party solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) with proprietary methods to optimize generative AI capabilities within client operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives that align with business goals.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, identifying opportunities for integration into our products and services.
- Optimize generative AI models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain MLOPS pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Build and manage containerized AI back-ends using technologies like Docker and FastAPI.
- Create clear documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to fellow team members in the area of generative AI.
