Your Contribution:

Are you a passionate and skilled Generator Technician eager to advance your career in a dynamic and challenging environment within the Telecom sector? If yes, Pearce has the perfect opportunity for you! Our Generator Technicians are responsible for servicing and repairing commercial generators at cell phone tower sites in your area. This position is ideal for motivated self-starters who are open to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or replace components of generators, including conducting upgrades as necessary.
  • Execute performance assessments and routine maintenance checks to ensure generators are operational, interpreting and adhering to blueprints and design specifications.
  • Install essential components such as fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls, followed by testing for optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to Power/Generator alarms and remain on-call 24/7 as needed, ensuring timely responses to assigned communications.
  • Work safely by being aware of potential hazards during installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, employing safety measures and attending all relevant safety training sessions.
