Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and various technology products. Maintain detailed documentation of user issues within the ITSM tool. Follow established processes and knowledge documentation. Manage the ticket backlog efficiently. Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives, including knowledge script creation and training document updates. Collaborate closely with on-site IT technicians. Required Skills and Qualifications:Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities. Attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Willingness to adhere to directions and best practices. Strong planning and organizational skills. A team-oriented mindset and supportive personality.
