Qualifications

Key Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in . NET (C# - WPF/Silverlight) or Java programming. Extensive experience with the ESRI ArcGIS Suite, including ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap), ArcGIS for Server (ArcObjects Programming, ArcGIS JavaScript API), and ArcGIS for Mobile (ArcPad). Experience with FME (FME Scripts) and Oracle Spatial. Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Ajax, Dojo, and jQuery with at least 2 years of experience. Familiarity with GE Smallworld, MapInfo, and Bentley Suite of GIS products. Solid understanding of the software development life cycle with at least 4 years of experience. Experience in project life cycle activities for development and maintenance projects. At least 2 years of experience in design and architecture review. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Passion for the GIS domain.
