Responsibilities
- Foster Relationships: Deliver presentations, conduct demonstrations, and support the sales of Esri software and solutions as a key member of the account team. Assist in strategizing and executing sales initiatives.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert: Attain expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry along with technical proficiency in ArcGIS. Engage confidently with clients about Esri technologies while effectively conveying the company's mission. Proactively anticipate client needs and emerging technology trends.
- Problem Solving: Develop and propose solutions that clarify how GIS adds business value by addressing critical challenges faced by our customers. Formulate and execute strategies that align Esri technology with our clients’ business goals.
- Share Our Narrative: Conduct technical demonstrations of proposed solutions and design impactful presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Share best practices regarding the use, deployment, and management of Esri technology at industry conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Esri technology for map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- At least 1 year of experience in the AEC industry.
- Comprehension of ArcGIS within an IT framework, encompassing hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design, coupled with an understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Familiarity with geodatabases and the underlying database management system (DBMS) technology.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments and concepts, specifically Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
