Responsibilities
- Foster Relationships. Present, demonstrate, and assist in selling Esri software and solutions as part of a collaborative account team. Contribute to the formulation and execution of sales strategies.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert. Develop expertise in state and local government as well as technical proficiency in ArcGIS. Engage confidently with customers about Esri technologies and convey the Esri message effectively. Anticipate customer needs and the technological trends that may influence them.
- Drive Solutions. Proactively design and recommend solutions that illustrate how GIS can address critical business challenges and deliver significant value. Develop and implement strategies that align Esri technology with customer objectives.
- Communicate Our Vision. Conduct technical demonstrations of proposed solutions for clients. Craft presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Share best practices regarding the deployment and administration of Esri technology and represent Esri at conferences and trade shows.
