Responsibilities Build relationships. Engage with customers to present and demonstrate Esri software and solutions as part of the Geo Experience team. Collaborate with your team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. Be an expert. Develop expertise across multiple industries and become a technical authority on ArcGIS. Confidently converse with clients about Esri technologies and articulate the Esri message. Anticipate your customers' needs and the technological trends that may influence their business. Solve problems. Generate and propose proactive solutions that highlight how GIS can add business value by addressing key challenges. Establish and implement strategies that align Esri technology with customer objectives. Tell our story. Deliver technical demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients. Design engaging presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Share best practices for utilizing, deploying, and managing Esri technologies. Represent Esri at conferences and trade exhibitions. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration. At least 1 year of experience across various industries. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript. Solid understanding of ArcGIS from an IT perspective, encompassing hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing. Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design, along with familiarity with sales and business development processes. Knowledge of geodatabases and related DBMS technology.
