Utilize your expertise in the transportation sector to educate, motivate, and empower Esri users and potential clients within the Rail Industry. Develop, implement, and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives. As a GIS Industry Solutions Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive research and analysis on financial, technological, and other pivotal factors influencing the Rail market, while collaborating with key internal teams to define, implement, and assess the Rail Industry marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Industry Managers to engage effectively with marketing, sales, product development, professional services, international distributors, education, and partnership teams to ensure successful execution of campaign strategies.
- Maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, including webinars, customer success stories, eBooks, social media posts, blogs, and more to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
- Leverage industry knowledge and research skills to drive impactful communication.
- Organize, manage logistics, and actively participate in rail industry conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and user group meetings.
- Enhance the Rail Industry community presence across social media platforms and within the Esri Community.
- Work closely with marketing staff to develop, manage, and execute campaign tactics, ensuring effective communication internally to achieve team objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate progress.
- Create compelling content using industry insights, including presentations, StoryMaps, eBooks, blogs/articles, technical papers, web content, and advertising materials.
- Conduct research and evaluation to support strategic industry positioning and gain endorsement from both internal and external authorities.
- Develop in-depth GIS knowledge and act as a resource for providing industry expertise to support internal inquiries, partner interactions, and customer meetings.
