What You'll Do:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of Sierra’s global benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and local statutory benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across all regions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in People, Finance, Legal, and global leadership to develop benefits strategies, budget planning, and facilitate M&A due diligence and new market expansions.
Oversee vendor relations and broker partnerships across the U. S., EMEA, and APAC to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, renewal strategies, and adherence to regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing clear and comprehensive guidance on benefits, leaves, eligibility criteria, and policy interpretation to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
Establish scalable systems, reporting mechanisms, and documentation, leveraging data and market insights to assess program effectiveness and adapt offerings to meet the evolving needs of Sierra.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in global benefits, total rewards, or related HR functions, preferably within a high-growth technology sector.
Proficiency in managing complex benefits programs and strong knowledge of compliance regulations across various regions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and provide guidance at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for decision-making, program evaluation, and strategic planning.
Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives effectively and efficiently.
