Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure. Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills. Outgoing personality with a willingness to travel occasionally. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. Skills:Ability to think critically, manage effectively, and execute plans. Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of strategic messaging and brand development.

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and self-driven Global Communication Consultant, preferably located in Europe, with expertise in both external and internal communications, particularly within the African market. This role involves shaping our global communication strategy and overseeing the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand visibility.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting informative press releases, articles, and engaging media content to elevate our company’s brand, products, and services. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and articulate the global communication strategy aligned with Aldelia's objectives.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential external partners.
  3. Create and execute communication strategies that foster customer loyalty, enhance brand recognition, and promote employee engagement.
  4. Oversee the design, content, and production of all promotional materials.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies.
  6. Ensure all content is publication-ready and prepare comprehensive media activity reports.
  7. Design and implement communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions while monitoring effectiveness.
  8. Address communication-related challenges promptly.
  9. Establish key performance indicators for each communication channel to assess campaign success.
  10. Design strategic communication campaigns that support organizational goals.
  11. Develop internal communication protocols and initiatives that enhance employee morale.
  12. Supervise the creation of marketing and communication materials to ensure brand consistency, including white papers and web copy.
  13. Draft engaging press releases, press kits, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  14. Represent the organization at events and press conferences, assisting in CEO engagements.
  15. Connect with influencers and media to secure story placements on both national and global platforms.
