Within this team, the Benefits unit plays a vital role in designing and delivering innovative benefits and experiences tailored for our rapidly expanding workforce, both domestically and internationally.

About the Position

We are seeking a strategic leader to take on the role of Global Head of Benefits. In this capacity, you will refine and enhance our benefits programs, policies, and processes, focusing on our teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will oversee a dedicated team of benefits professionals, guiding their development as we grow.

Your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and communication of benefit programs and policies that attract and retain top talent. Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, you will ensure that our global benefits framework complies with regulatory standards across various jurisdictions. Collaboration with senior leadership will be crucial to align our benefits strategy with business objectives. You will also manage relationships with global vendors across benefits, retirement plans, disability support, and various perks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and management of comprehensive employee benefits programs, spanning health insurance to wellness initiatives, ensuring our employees feel appreciated and supported.
  • Compelling Narratives: Develop a rewards philosophy that resonates throughout the organization, integrating total rewards strategies with our employee value proposition and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborative Impact: Work closely with senior leadership and People teams to identify and seize opportunities for enhancing our rewards offerings.
  • Team Empowerment: Mentor and lead a talented group of benefits and People professionals, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.
  • Compliance Assurance: Take charge of compliance and regulatory updates, ensuring our global programs adhere to all necessary standards.
