- Work closely with product, commercial, and brand strategy teams to align On's creative direction with impactful brand platforms that resonate with varied audiences.
- Oversee high-profile campaigns and collaborations, engaging with globally recognized talent and cultural influencers.
- Promote creative excellence across all brand touchpoints, from visual content and film to retail experiences and digital platforms.
- Inspire and guide with clarity and passion, fostering creative ambition throughout the studio.

- You possess a deep-rooted passion for fashion, design, and culture, understanding how aesthetics and meaning drive consumer engagement.
- With over 15 years of experience in leading creative campaigns within the fashion, lifestyle, and cultural sectors, preferably with global premium or luxury brands.
- You have successfully developed campaigns and creative frameworks that transform perceptions, combining conceptual richness with strategic insight.
- You think outside traditional boundaries, drawing inspiration from architecture, art, and sound to enrich brand expression.
- You are both a storyteller and an architect of systems, adept at balancing creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.
- You navigate effortlessly between conceptualization, direction, and leadership, whether in brainstorming sessions, on set, or during executive presentations.
- Leading with empathy and precision is second nature to you.
