Role overview
This position designs, implements, and manages programs for international hiring, relocations, and cross-border workforce planning. The Global Mobility Specialist connects HR, Legal, Finance, and Talent, balancing policy development with hands-on execution. The aim is to keep mobility practices compliant, scalable, and focused on employees, always in line with Codeway’s people and business strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee immigration processes for international hires and internal transfers, including visa applications, work permits, and residency authorizations.
- Collaborate with external immigration providers and legal consultants to ensure compliance with Spanish and international laws.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on mobility programs and workforce planning.
- Create, document, and update global mobility and relocation policies to match business needs and market standards.
- Define eligibility criteria, mobility types, and approval procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Develop governance structures and internal guidelines for all mobility-related initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for relocations, including coordination with relocation vendors.
