Role Overview
We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for a Senior Partner Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a wealth of experience in forging alliances with highly-regulated, service-oriented businesses. Your mission will be to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships that incorporate Vensure's solutions within prominent Professional Services Firms (PSFs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and forge strategic referral partnerships with senior leaders and practice heads within PSFs, including consulting, accounting/audit, legal, and financial advisory firms.
• Drive client referrals by closing deals and helping partners recognize our solutions as indispensable value-adds for their clients.
• Cultivate partnerships throughout their lifecycle with a focus on joint account planning, co-selling, and mutual pipeline development.
• Develop and enhance collaborative thought-leadership initiatives, including co-branded webinars, events, customized content, and executive briefings on regulatory compliance and talent management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to increase channel referrals tailored to the sales cycles and partnership needs of PSFs.
• Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and deliver reliably with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
• Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, addressing client pain points related to global expansion, utilization, and compliance.
• Train and empower partner teams (Partners, Directors, Managers) to raise awareness of our tech-enabled solutions and upcoming developments that cater to client-specific needs.
• Engage directly with stakeholders across sales, marketing, legal, and finance, frequently at the executive level.
