About the Role:
The Global People Partner Lead for General & Administrative functions is a strategic position that serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior business leaders. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives and their leadership teams to craft and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace, and leverage data and insights to enhance organizational performance. This role transcends traditional HR boundaries; you will act as a business leader specializing in people, operating at the nexus of business operations and organizational health, effectively translating ambitious business objectives into scalable people strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across internal client organizations, the People Team, and other functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advising & Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in G&A functions, providing impactful coaching and insights on complex organizational challenges; align people strategies with long-term business goals for sustainable growth and enhanced employee engagement.
- Organizational Design & Change Leadership: Spearhead large-scale organizational design initiatives to ensure agility and efficiency; manage the 'People' aspect of change management during significant pivots, mergers, or shifts in business strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to morale and productivity.
