ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals. Deliver solutions to client inquiries while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, objectives, and satisfaction levels. Business Development:Identify opportunities to enhance services and solutions for existing clients. Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at strengthening client relationships and supporting business growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements to improve business outcomes and client satisfaction. Problem Management and Resolution:Focus on addressing large-scale service issues and resolving trade-related challenges.

About The Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and are in search of experienced Global Relationship Managers in various locations.

The ideal candidates will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client interactions across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. They will be enthusiastic about providing truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients, while also eager to explore new markets and attract new clientele.

The candidate must have a background in business development with experience selling to high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and other private investors.
