About the job
About Hark
Hark is a pioneering artificial intelligence firm dedicated to developing advanced, personalized intelligence systems. Our technology is proactive, multimodal, and capable of seamless interaction through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory.
We are merging this intelligence with cutting-edge hardware to establish a universal interface between humans and machines. While conventional AI primarily functions through chat boxes and outdated devices, Hark is at the forefront of what's next: agentic systems that communicate naturally with individuals and their environments.
Our goal is to create multimodal models and state-of-the-art AI hardware, designed from the ground up as a cohesive interface for a new era of intelligent systems.
About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Global Supply Chain Manager to help establish and scale the supply chain foundation critical to Hark's innovative products. This position is crucial for someone who can navigate both strategic and tactical levels; building supplier networks, leading sourcing strategies, and preparing for manufacturing readiness of intricate, high-performance hardware.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, contract manufacturers, and key suppliers to advance essential technologies and components from concept to mass production. Your responsibilities will include ensuring supply continuity, cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, flexibility, and execution across a wide array of custom and highly technical components. This role demands strong commercial acumen, technical proficiency, and agility in an environment where products, supply chains, and processes are developed concurrently.
This is not a maintenance position; it is a growth-focused role. You will play a key part in defining how Hark industrializes new technologies, selects and develops suppliers, negotiates critical commercial terms, and formulates resilient supply strategies that align with ambitious product objectives. Comfort with ambiguity, the ability to make tough trade-offs, and the skills to foster alignment among internal teams and external partners are essential.
