As part of the People Operations Department at Mujin, we are enhancing our R&D capabilities across four countries and significantly strengthening our engineering recruitment efforts.
In this role, you will primarily focus on sourcing engineering talent. Since English is the official language in Mujin's R&D, we will be recruiting talented engineers not only domestically but also internationally.
You will grow alongside Mujin in the rapidly advancing robotics industry and develop further into a specialist in engineering recruitment while also actively participating in the recruitment of non-engineering back-office roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior members to define recruitment requirements and create job descriptions.
- Engage in sourcing activities using platforms like LinkedIn and Bizreach to build a talent pool (including scouting and interviewing).
- Follow up with candidates throughout casual interviews and the selection process.
- Support the management of recruitment events.
- Perform HR Business Partner duties to strengthen the organization.
- Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.
