The Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to take charge of our HubSpot platform and automation stack. You will be responsible for designing efficient processes, creating impactful reporting, and leveraging AI tools to enhance our go-to-market strategies. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for individuals who thrive in systematizing processes and driving growth.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct audits and optimize HubSpot CRM, including data management, workflows, and reporting.
Design outbound flows using Clay and Ocean with AI-driven enrichment.
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), develop lead pipelines, and uphold attribution standards.
Create dashboards to monitor pipeline health and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to execute and refine outbound strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Possesses expertise in HubSpot and Revenue Operations, including workflows, routing, and reporting.
Demonstrates hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Clay, Ocean, Zapier, and LLMs.
Thinks systemically and can swiftly deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Understands the nuances of outbound marketing, including ICPs, messaging, and list management.
Communicates effectively and enjoys working collaboratively.
