As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, converting complex customer requirements into scalable, automated solutions. You will oversee the technical infrastructure that empowers our go-to-market strategies to operate with precision and agility, facilitating our GTM teams to seize new opportunities and drive growth.
This position combines systems thinking, lightweight engineering, and a thorough understanding of GTM workflows. You will architect the tools, integrations, and processes that enhance our customer journey from start to finish, ensuring our teams can operate swiftly and consistently while upholding high-quality standards. What You Will Tackle
Design and develop the systems, automations, and integrations that empower our GTM teams to operate efficiently and consistently.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Engage with Salesforce, Clay, Dust, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong, managing the architecture, integrations, and workflows that link these systems comprehensively.
Construct scalable data pipelines and consolidated views that enhance GTM visibility, forecasting, and prioritization.
Establish repeatable, automated processes that minimize manual work and streamline operations.
