Ideal candidates will be familiar with the NCAA's Division III athletics mission and understand the importance of fostering a positive environment for student-athletes.Position Status: ExemptSalary Range: Compensation for temporary part-time assistant coaching positions ranges from approximately $2,000 to $7,000 per season, depending on experience, educational background, duration of the season including pre-season and post-season commitments, and departmental budget considerations.ResponsibilitiesAssist the head coach in organizing and managing an effective and competitive sports program.Support recruiting efforts for student-athletes as directed by the head coach.Participate in all pre-season conditioning and non-traditional practices.Engage in team planning sessions with fellow coaching staff.Help plan, organize, and execute in-season practice sessions effectively.Coach during intercollegiate contests as assigned by the head coach.Maintain a thorough understanding of Elmhurst University, NCAA, and CCIW rules and regulations.Comply with NCAA regulations and guidelines.Other ResponsibilitiesEmbrace and promote the mission, vision, and values of Elmhurst University.Carry out additional duties as assigned.
