This program is designed to immerse you in the executive search industry, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as an Executive Search Researcher. Throughout this rotation, you will gain insights into various practice areas and markets, allowing you to engage with live projects and adopt best practices in executive search methodologies.Initially, you will undergo an eight-week training period, followed by rotations across different sector teams. This experience typically spans four to eight six-month rotations across our Financial Services and Corporate practices.
