Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. Must be a recent graduate, having completed your degree within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to qualify for AECOM's Graduate Program. A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required for eligibility. In accordance with AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models under the guidance of seasoned engineers.
  • Utilize your design and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and schedules while under supervision.
  • Gather and analyze data from discipline-specific and interdisciplinary project BIM models.
  • Employ computer software to tackle fundamental engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to ensure cohesive design integration.
  • Participate in design review and coordination meetings.
  • Ensure accuracy in BIM/CAD model production through diligent reviews.
  • Proactively seek information, contribute to problem-solving, and enhance efficiencies in project delivery.
  • Apply theoretical insights to address unique engineering challenges.
